我(wo)們提出(chu)將(jiang)超聲波(bo)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列用(yong)於(yu)變(bian)壓(ya)器局(ju)部放(fang)電定(ding)位(wei),將超聲波(bo)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列放(fang)到(dao)變(bian)壓(ya)器的入(ru)孔(kong)處(chu)接(jie)收變(bian)壓(ya)器內部局部放(fang)電輻射(she)的超聲波(bo)信(xin)號。項目(mu)組分析(xi)放電點(dian)在變(bian)壓(ya)器內部相對(dui)於(yu)超聲傳感器(qi)的空間(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)有幾(ji)種可(ke)能:假(jia)設傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列安裝的壹面(mian)為(wei)繞組的正(zheng)面(mian),壹種情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)放(fang)電點(dian)和(he)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列同(tong)在(zai)繞組的正(zheng)面(mian),第二(er)種情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)放(fang)電點(dian)在繞組的背面(mian),第三種情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)放(fang)電點(dian)在繞組的兩側面(mian)。
局部(bu)放電點(dian)產生(sheng)的超聲波(bo)傳播到(dao)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列是(shi)空間(jian)多路徑(jing)方(fang)式(shi),是(shi)極其(qi)復雜(za)的物(wu)理(li)現(xian)象,項目(mu)組認為(wei)上面(mian)三種位(wei)置(zhi)的局(ju)部(bu)放電點(dian)產生(sheng)的超聲波(bo)傳播到(dao)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列都(dou)有五種路徑(jing):*種路徑(jing)是局部放電點(dian)產生(sheng)的超聲波(bo)以球面(mian)波(bo)形式(shi)穿(chuan)過變(bian)壓(ya)器油(you)直接(jie)傳播到(dao)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列,這部分超聲波(bo)都是(shi)縱向(xiang)波(bo)。第二(er)種路徑(jing)是局部放電點(dian)產生(sheng)的超聲波(bo)先以(yi)縱向(xiang)波(bo)形式(shi)不(bu)同(tong)方(fang)向(xiang)傳播到(dao)變(bian)壓(ya)器內壁鋼板(ban)上,再(zai)經(jing)過內壁的多次反(fan)射(she)zui終(zhong)到(dao)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列,這部分超聲波(bo)也都(dou)是(shi)縱向(xiang)波(bo)。第三種路徑(jing)是局部放電點(dian)產生(sheng)的超聲波(bo)先以(yi)縱向(xiang)波(bo)形式(shi)不(bu)同(tong)方(fang)向(xiang)傳播到(dao)變(bian)壓(ya)器內壁鋼板(ban)上,然(ran)後沿鋼板(ban)按橫向(xiang)波(bo)傳播到(dao)傳感器(qi),此波(bo)為(wei)復合(he)波(bo)。第四種路徑(jing)是局部放電點(dian)產生(sheng)的球面(mian)超聲波(bo)在繞組上轉(zhuan)換(huan)到(dao)繞組圍成(cheng)的圓(yuan)柱上(shang)再(zai)傳播到(dao)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列。第(di)五種路徑(jing)是放電點(dian)在繞組的背面(mian)時超聲波(bo)穿(chuan)過繞組透射(she)再(zai)直(zhi)達(da)到(dao)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列。
實(shi)際上變(bian)壓(ya)器內部具(ju)有多種聲傳播介質,如(ru)絕緣(yuan)件、變(bian)壓(ya)器油(you)和(he)金屬等(deng),超聲波(bo)信(xin)號在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)的介質內傳播的聲速(su)差異很大(da),聲強(qiang)衰(shuai)減(jian)也不(bu)同(tong),放(fang)電點(dian)在變(bian)壓(ya)器內部相對(dui)於(yu)超聲傳感器(qi)的空間(jian)位(wei)置(zhi)有幾(ji)種可(ke)能,局(ju)部放電點(dian)產生(sheng)的超聲波(bo)傳播到(dao)傳感器(qi)陣(zhen)列有幾(ji)種路徑(jing),傳播路(lu)徑(jing)多而(er)且在(zai)內部傳播時會發生(sheng)多次的反(fan)射(she)和(he)折射(she),再(zai)加(jia)上(shang)現(xian)場各種噪聲的影響(xiang),往(wang)往(wang)很難(nan)準(zhun)確定(ding)位(wei),所以要(yao)研究(jiu)局部(bu)放(fang)電點(dian)產生(sheng)的超聲波(bo)傳播問(wen)題,並對(dui)超聲波(bo)進行聲場分析(xi)計算(suan)。
